Official Agreement of Vihara Thana Global Pvt Ltd
By submitting your application to VIHARA THANA GLOBAL PVT LTD, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
I hereby confirm that I have completed 18 years of age on this day of submitting my application. Upon acceptance, I may be termed as a Customer, Distributor, Primary Agent, or DSA and shall abide by all company terms.
I shall not represent myself as an authorized representative, agent, or employee of the company unless expressly provided in writing. I do not have authority to bind the company to any agreement.
I undertake not to refer or introduce any products or services which are not promoted or provided by the company.
I understand that my distributorship is not transferable to any person other than my designated nominee.
Taxation Policy
The company shall deduct Tax at Source (TDS) from incentives, commissions, and rewards as per the Income Tax Act 1961. I shall also be liable to pay necessary taxes including GST on rewards and products received.
Return & Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable within 30 days of purchase if products are in saleable condition with seals unbroken.
- For manufacturing defects, returns are accepted within 30 days of the invoice date provided goods are unopened.
- Service Charge: 20% of the invoice amount will be deducted as a service charge on returns.
- Tax collected at the time of sale is non-refundable.
All payments/receipts shall be made to/from the company's official bank account. The company is not responsible for payments made to unauthorized third parties.
Spreading misleading information or engaging in activities against company objectives will result in immediate termination without notice and potential legal action.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the country. Any disputes arising shall vest exclusively in the courts of Bengaluru Jurisdiction.
For all purposes, only the English version of this agreement will be taken as the official copy.
By continuing to use this platform, you acknowledge that this constitutes the entire agreement between yourself and VIHARA THANA GLOBAL PVT LTD.
